Description

The contracting authority envisages the purchase of electric passenger cars. The subject-matter of the contract shall be divided into 2 lots: Lot I: Purchase of electric passenger cars from 2 to 5 units; Lot II: Purchase of electric passenger cars from 1 to 4 units. Maximum tender price accepted by the contracting authority (amount of funds allocated for purchase): For lot I - EUR 165 289.26 excluding VAT and EUR 200 000.00 including VAT. The price of one car may not exceed EUR 40 000.00 including VAT. Additional 3 cars will be paid for if there is a financial possibility and need. for lot II: EUR 132 231.40 excluding VAT and EUR 160 000.00 including VAT. The price of one car may not exceed EUR 40 000.00 including VAT. Additional 3 cars will be paid for if there is a financial possibility and need. The contract shall remain in force until the full performance of the obligations (until the value of the Initial Contract is exhausted), but its term may not exceed 15 December 2027. The Buyer shall pay the Supplier no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Account, after having signed the act of transfer of Goods - acceptance.
