Description

As the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's interests, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ----------------- Schulbau Hamburg intends to build a new school and administration building with a school sports hall for the elementary school Surenland at Bramfelder Weg 121, as a supplement to the existing school complex. The building consists of a two-storey component, the one-storey sports hall and a connecting one-storey adjoining room wing. The ground floor of the two-storey building mainly houses teacher rooms, offices and toilet facilities for teachers. The upper floor includes study rooms and toilet facilities for students. The single-storey social wing for the sports hall houses showers, changing rooms for pupils and teachers as well as barrier-free toilets. The installation within the building with sewage pipes is carried out with sound-insulated plastic pipe according to DIN EN 12056 and DIN 1986-100 including suitable fittings. The venting of the sewage pipes takes place via roof. The installation of a new drinking water system is carried out in accordance with DIN 1988 and the current Drinking Water Ordinance. Stainless steel pipes (material no. 1.4521) are used as drinking water pipes, which are pressed with fittings made of red cast iron.
