The subject of the public contract is the development, delivery and implementation of the registration application information system (‘AR’ or ‘System’), as a central tool for the creation and management of user identities and registrations for various services and the provision of other services, which are explicitly listed in the Technical Specifications (Annex 6 to the Tender Documentation) and in the Contract Documentation. The subject of the Public Procurement will consist in the development and delivery of AR, including the implementation analysis, installation and implementation of AR, its integration with the Client's IT environment, data migration, pilot operation, training of AR users and its administrators and other services necessary for the proper implementation of AR delivery and its entry into full operation. The detailed specifications for these services are set out in Annex 6 to this Tender Documentation – Technical Specifications and in Annex 7 to the Tender Documentation – Implementation Contract. The subject of Public Procurement also includes services of subsequent support of operation, maintenance and development of AR. The detailed specifications of these services, including cooperation on termination, are set out in Annex 6 to the Tender Documentation – Technical Specifications and in Annex 8 to the Tender Documentation – Service Contract. An integral part of the Contract Documentation is the Client's Methodology, which will then form Annex 9 to the Implementation Agreement and Annex 10 to the Service Agreement ("Methodology").
