The subject matter of the Public Contract is the development, delivery and implementation of the Application for Registration (“AR”) information system as a central tool for the creation and management of user identities and registrations for various services and the provision of other services explicitly listed in the Technical Specification (Annex 5 to the Tender Documentation) and in the Contract Documentation. The subject of the public contract will consist in the development and delivery of AR, including pre-implementation analysis, installation and implementation of AR and its integration with the Client's IT environment and data migration, pilot operation, training of users of AR and its administrators and other services necessary for the proper implementation of the delivery of AR and its commissioning. The detailed specifications of these services are set out in Annex 5 to the Tender Documentation – Technical Specification and in the Contract Documentation. The subject of the public contract also includes services of subsequent support for the operation, maintenance and development of AR.
