Description

As a result of the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract for the ‘Renewal of brake linings for Flirt 435 multiple unit trains’, up to a total limit of 500 brake linings. During the period covered by the contract, the contracting authority may deviate from the total quantitative limit by -23%, i.e. it undertakes an order/drawdown obligation for 385 of the quantitative limit for the entire duration of the contract. The contracting authority orders the refurbishment of the brake linings covered by the contract on a case-by-case basis. The contracting authority is entitled to place several orders at the same time. In individual orders, the contracting authority shall order the refurbishment of a minimum of 100 brake pads and an expected maximum of 200 brake pads. The minimum number of items shall not apply, mutatis mutandis, to the last individual order for the quantity remaining from the quantitative limit. The refurbishment work of the brake pads includes the following subtasks: - replacement of inserts, - replacement of plate springs, - replacement of locking springs, - replacement of insert holders, - replacement of damping plates.
