Beställaren avser använda detta ramavtal för hela eller delar av projekteringsskeden avseende projektering elinstallationer. Leverantör ska kunna avropas antingen för ett eller flera skeden av projekteringen. Avrop kan avse i underlag angivna roller. Vad som omfattas i rollen i varje sådant enskilt avrop, bestäms tillsammans med utsedd projektledare/övergripande projektledare. För övrigt hänvisas till förfrågningsunderlaget.
