Germany-Offenbach: Repair and maintenance services of electricity meters
Soluvia Billing GmbH issues external debt management services to two clients in three locations. Soluvia Billing GmbH manages clients from the utilities sector in the Länder of Baden-Württemberg, Hessen and Schleswig-Holstein and handles approximately 1400000 contracts per year.
This invitation to tender is an external service: Perform interruptions to connection use and restore them in accordance with § 19 StromGVV in conjunction with § 24 NAV and identify customers with whom a contract has been concluded in accordance with Sections 2-3 StromGVV or the connection receiver pursuant to § 2 NAV and/or the connection user pursuant to § 3 NAV (blocking and unlocking of electricity meters and related research).
Approximately 40000 contracts/year are awarded at Mannheim UND Offenbach/Main sites (lot 1 with a volume of approximately 30000 contracts, and an estimated annual volume of approximately EUR 350-550 T) and/or Kiel (lot 2 with a volume of approximately 10000 contracts and an estimated annual volume of approximately EUR 100 to EUR 170000). The interested tenderer may bid for one or both lots, Lot 1 is not divided by location.
The following periods of stand-by must be guaranteed: Monday to Friday 7:00 to 20:00 (lots 1 and 2), Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 (lot 1), normal Sunday and public holiday rules.
