Description

The purpose of this contract is to cover applications for property tax relief for built (TFPB) and non-built properties (TFPNB). The Holder is responsible for identifying, in favour of the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat, the possibilities of savings in the field of property tax rebates for the year N-1, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in N-2. He will then have to take charge of the ensuing requests for relief, concerning residences belonging to the building stock of the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat that meet the eligibility criteria. The first instalment of the mission will be carried out in 2025, on the 2024 property tax rebates, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2023. The second tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2026, on the 2025 property tax rebates, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2024. The third tranche of the mission will be carried out in 2027, on the 2026 property tax rebates, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2025. The fourth and final instalment of the mission will be carried out in 2028, on the 2027 property tax rebates, for work paid by the OPH Rives de Seine Habitat in 2026.
