Description

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of contract planning services (buildings and interiors) in service phases 1 to 8 in accordance with HOAI 2013 § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10, basic services and special services via a framework contract with several contractors. The planning services are therefore mostly to be carried out on or in various buildings of various types and uses or their technical equipment in the public and non-public area (security area) of the entire airport area as well as numerous properties in the surrounding area around Munich Airport. Most of the construction work is carried out during ongoing use or operation of the building.
