Call for applications for a contract for thermal rehabilitation works and artistic reinterpretation of the facades of the towers located at 7, 11, 19 allée des Demoiselles d’Avignon and 95 rue des Rosiers – Lot 1 The purpose of this consultation is the thermal rehabilitation and artistic reinterpretation of the four cloud towers referred to above, made up of three lots. The objective of this rehabilitation, which must be innovative and efficient, is to achieve the BBC Effinergie Rénovation 2024 label with load optimization based on energy savings of 75% for electric towers (turns 11,95 and 19) and 65% for No. 7 gas. This first consultation relates exclusively to the work of Lot No 1 ‘envelope’ of the four towers referred to above. Lot 1 provides: - Exterior Thermal Insulation (ITE) and the conversion of joinery into single glazing using a technical pre-fabrication process (one-piece or non-one-piece); - Rehabilitation of the waterproofing and insulation of the roof-terrace - HHT works at the foot of the building with the creation of a gutter The works are carried out in an occupied environment and in the presence of asbestos A second consultation will be launched at a later stage for Lots 2 (restructuring of the hall and improvement of the quality of services in the ground floor) and 3 (rehabilitation of the HHT and production of collective DHW based on grey water recovery) on the 4 towers.
