Description

The Alès Agglomération community (coordinator of the consortium), the City of Alès and the syndicate mixte du pays des Cévennes have sought, by means of an agreement establishing a consortium of orders, strategic advice and support based on processes for steering and collective development, and for the mobilisation of information and collaborative and creative communication techniques. In this area, the service provider’s task will consist of assisting and accompanying the contracting authority in order to:
— the preparation, conduct, supervision and implementation of projects and actions involved in the implementation of the Alès Agglomération or Cévennes territory project: red House, Digital University, Cévennes steam train, extension of the media library, etc.
participation in territorial working and governance bodies: technical committees, steering committees, community councils, trade union councils, municipal councils,
— organising working sessions with departments and/or elected representatives and/or partners,
— organising seminars for departments and/or elected representatives,
— animation of working groups internal to the community,
— organising consultation meetings with partners and/or the public,
— support for the development of community practices through the implementation of new ways of working and operating: project mode, creativity hub, brainstorming sessions, creativity sessions, etc.
— contribution to the overall implementation of the Alès Agglomération territorial project.
The service provider is expected to be present between 2 and 3 days in situ per week in order to ensure that elected representatives and departments are well supported and that the public policies and projects concerned are regularly monitored. In line with the availability of elected representatives and departments, the service provider may be called upon to intervene during the evening and at weekends.
