Description

The contract concerns qualified legal services in a number of areas of law (detailed below). The legal services are withdrawn from the Concern Juridik unit of Swedavia AB, but may relate to issues, processes and other matters within all Swedavia’s units.
Legal issues are extensive and often time-critical, so the Juridik group sometimes needs to rely on external legal expertise. This may concern, for example, legal investigations, representatives in disputes, training activities, second opinion, assistance in real estate transactions and construction projects, etc. Since the need for external legal competence may vary, Swedavia does not guarantee a certain extent of called-up tasks. Moreover, framework contract suppliers do not have an exclusive right to be entrusted with dispute resolution and other legal proceedings. Swedavia therefore reserves the right to award tasks relating to legal proceedings (Chapter 3, Section 28 of the LUF) to persons other than the framework contract providers.
