Description

Studies and supply of railway rolling stock for SPL SPIIT and other related services Description: The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to: (i) the design, supply and warranty of rolling stock in different configurations according to a range (including ECTS-ERTMS equipment, and excluding KVB equipment covered by a separate contract); (ii) the supply of spare parts and tools for rolling stock and the provision of operating training; (iii) the provision of maintenance services for the rolling stock covered by the framework agreement (level 4 maintenance, maintenance expertise, inspection of the condition of the components, telephone hotline); (iv) and related services detailed in the WFD (in particular design services, approval of energy recharging devices and associated maintenance services). These materials are acquired for the needs of the shareholders of SPL SPIIT. To date, SPL SPIIT has as shareholders the Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Région Centre-Val de Loire and the Région Occitanie. SPIIT may, in the future, and during the implementation of this framework agreement, count new shareholders with a need to acquire Rolling Stock.
