Description

The related invitation to tender was divided into 2 lots:
lot 1 led to the signature of a fixed price direct contract with obligation of result;
lot 2 led to the signature of a framework agreement for a maximum duration of 48 months.
The purpose of the invitation to tender was to develop an online preselection test tool for the evaluation of candidates participating in the interinstitutional accreditation tests for auxiliary interpreters and the provision of associated installation, training, maintenance and technical support services.
Lot 1 covers the following services:
1. development and implementation of the preselection test tool;
2. technical, functional and operational documentations;
3. on-site installation in the premises of the European Parliament and an initial 2 months of support after the tool is put in production.
Lot 2 covers the following services:
4. on-site user training and provision of related training documentation;
5. evolutionary maintenance and ad hoc developments based on request forms;
6. technical support services (defined in a service level agreement to be signed with the successful tenderer).
Lot 1 and lot 2 are awarded to the same contractor.
