The purpose of the project is to design, implement, install and put into productive operation an IT system that will be
— cover specialised support and full automation of export credit insurance processes,
— it offers specific electronic services and tools to serve those involved in the above procedures (internal and external users).
The implementation of the project shall include:
— the procurement, installation and commissioning of supporting infrastructure necessary for the operation of the system (centralised infrastructure, user equipment, networking of user jobs),
— the implementation of a UCPD information system with subsystems (portal, workflow document management, electronic protocol, export credit management, support to administrative bodies and management board, financial and accounting management, reporting, BI and analyses),
— the provision of support services for the effective integration of the new system into the operational environment of the UCPD and its full use (training, testing and checking, data migration, support for productive operation),
— the provision of the envisaged services of designing and developing a credit risk assessment system,
— the provision of the planned services to ensure proper operation after the end of the project (two-year guarantee, compliance with guaranteed level of services in the RU, planned interruptions of work).
The scope of the project is detailed in Annex I to the contract.
