The Magnetic Resonance Research Centre (MRRC), in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CEB) at the University of Cambridge, is an international centre of expertise in the application of magnetic resonance techniques to academic and industrial research in the field of chemical engineering.
2. Scope of Requirements:
2.1 the MRRC requires a Fast Field Cycling NMR relaxometer, which has been more fully described in Sections 3 and 4 of this tender;
2.2 this piece of laboratory equipment is to be used for research;
3 equipment demonstrations:
3.1 it is the University’s intention to complete the tender evaluation in such time that the contract for this equipment could be awarded within 4 weeks of the tender closing date. Please note that companies invited to tender may be required to provide access to demonstrations of their proposed systems at appropriate premises.
