Description

Collection and management of municipal waste generated in the municipality of Alwernia divided into 3 parts: Part I The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated on the premises of properties inhabited in the Commune of Alwernia. The contractor is obliged to manage municipal waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy. The scope of the contract also includes: delivery of containers and bags for the separate collection of municipal waste. The contractor is obliged to include in the price of the offer the cost of equipping multi-storey properties with containers for the segregation of municipal waste, and single-family properties with bags for the segregation of municipal waste and containers; - cleaning up the area contaminated by waste discharged from containers, bags and vehicles in the event of its contamination during the reception of waste; - collecting waste lying next to filled containers, containers in multi-storey buildings and bringing to order adjacent areas contaminated by overcrowding of waste collection containers. Part II The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at ul. I. Krasickiego 16 in Alwernia and equipment of the PSZOK point. The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point will be a place of collection and temporary storage of separately collected waste contained in the municipal waste fraction, delivered by the owners of properties covered by the municipal waste management system (inhabited property). Waste collected in PSZOK will be transferred to entities authorized to recover or dispose of it, in accordance with the applicable provisions in this area. Part III The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 20 02 03- Other non-biodegradable waste from containers set up in the parishes of the Municipality and the city of Alwernia and the delivery of containers KP-7. Waste collected from the parishes and the city of Alwernia will be transferred to entities authorized to recover or dispose of it, in accordance with the applicable regulations in this area.
