Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Leistungen der Generalplanung mit den Leistungsbildern A. Generalplanung / Projektkoordination: Leistungen, die sich aus der Funktion als Generalplaner ergeben. B. Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. HOAI §34: Grundleistungen Leistungsphasen 1-9. C. Tragwerksplanung gem. HOAI §51: Grundleistungen Leistungsphasen 1-6. D. Technische Ausrüstung gem. HOAI §55, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 9 nach HOAI §53: Grundleistungen Leistungsphasen 1-9. E. Objektplanung für Freianlagen gem. HOAI §39: Grundleistungen Leistungsphase 1-9. F. Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanz, Bauakustik, Raumakustik) gem. HOAI Anlage 1.2: Grundleistungen Leistungsphasen 1-7. G. Brandschutz gem. AHO-Schriftenreihe Nr. 17: Grundleistungen Leistungsphasen 1-8. Neben Grundleistungen sollen ggf. ausgewählte Besondere Leistungen beauftragt werden, soweit und sofern erforderlich. Im Rahmen des Bewerberverfahrens sind Eignungsnachweise für die Leistungsbilder B, C und D zu erbringen Die Fachplaner für die Leistungsbilder E bis G sind erst in der 2. Stufe des Vergabeverfahrens (im Falle der Einladung zur Verhandlung) zu benennen. Bestandteil der Honorarabfrage in der 2. Stufe werden die Leistungsbilder A bis G. Eine losweise Vergabe ist nicht beabsichtigt. Die Vergabe erfolgt stufenweise ohne Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung aller Leistungsstufen (s. Ziffer 5.1.1).
