Deze aanbesteding verdeeld in 2 percelen, te weten:
— perceel 1: functies ten behoeve van inkoop en (Europees) aanbesteden,
— perceel 2: functies ten behoeve van het logistieke domein.
De aanbestede opdracht luidt: verzorg het inleenproces van inkoop en logistieke functies bij Gasunie.
Binnen de scope van de opdracht wordt van de leverancier minimaal verwacht: verzorgen van het totale inleenproces door o.a. het uitvragen van de behoefte, het opstellen van profielen, het matchen, tarieven overeenkomen, toets op toepasselijk regelgeving zelfstandigen, contractering, de administratieve afhandeling (waaronder volledige dossiervorming), facturering via Ariba en zorgdragen voor tevreden opdrachtgevers.
