Description

The Ministry of Fosvarsministeriets Materiel- og Inkøbsstyrelsen wishes to identify the possibilities for a possible competitive postponement of the task of operating and maintaining the fairway marking of the Danish Defence's shooting areas, which is currently carried out by the Danish Maritime Authority. On this basis, with this market survey, FMI wishes to identify relevant players, estimate the market price and clarify opportunities and limitations, etc. In this connection, FMI wants a dialogue with the market for relevant input about the acquisition, and FMI wants to gain knowledge about the market in general and about the individual supplier in the market. FMI has prepared a number of questions (RFI) which interested suppliers are asked to answer. The FMI has prepared a response template, which suppliers are requested to complete (Annex 1). The response template can be found on the digital procurement case, cf. the link in the section on "Communication". Suppliers wishing to answer FMI's questions must first log in to the digital procurement system. If you do not have a login, you must first register online. A guide for suppliers can be found here: https://eu.eusupply.com/img/brandings/ka_quickguide.pdf Log in to the system and click on ‘Accept’. By accepting, under "Documents" you will have access to the reply template with FMI's questions, you will receive notifications and will be able to upload the completed reply template. Please upload the response template via the message module on the digital tender file no later than 31.10.2025, 13:00 local time. Any questions to this RFI should be asked via the message module in Digital Procurement no later than 29.10.2025. To the extent that the nature of the question makes it possible, FMI will endeavour to answer all questions within this deadline in a reasonable time before the specified deadline for replying to the RFI. Questions received after 29.10.2025 cannot be expected to be answered. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
