1.1. In order to properly implement the subject of the contract, in accordance with the expectations of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) dispose of minibuses designed for the transport of disabled persons in wheelchairs, including at least 1 car equipped with a hydraulic or electric lift for the transport of persons in wheelchairs; 2) provide staff to properly perform the service according to their own organizational idea, 3) receive and execute orders for transport services in the radio-taxi system during the term of the contract, according to the applicable price list, 4) provide transport services and free of charge for the customer, help in moving people from the vehicle to the entrance door of the building and from the entrance door to the vehicle, 5) collect payment from passengers for transport services according to the price list set by the contracting authority, 6) carry out reporting on transport performed, 7) monthly settlement of the service by issuing and submitting to the contracting authority VAT invoices / bills with the necessary documentation referred to in the contract, 8) mark vehicles with a telephone number under which transport can be ordered, logos with the symbol of disability and the coat of arms of the city of Toruń, 9) cooperate with the Department of Health and Social Policy of the City of Toruń in order to properly perform the contract. 1.3. The total amount of transport work expected to be carried out within 36 calendar months is set at 420,000 km of effective vehicle mileage. 1.4. The Contractor shall provide means of communication - radiotelephones or other means of communication - enabling contact between persons placing transport orders and the dispatcher, and between car drivers and the dispatcher. 1.10. The cars used by the Contractor for the performance of this contract must meet the following specific requirements for cars and their equipment: 1) height in the passenger compartment from floor to ceiling min. 1 500 mm; 2) the floor in the passenger compartment covered with non-slip lining, 3) the size and manoeuvrability of the vehicles allows movement in narrow residential streets to allow access to the entrance door of the person ordering carriage, 4) cars suitable for carriage in the passenger compartment of at least two persons in wheelchairs and three persons walking at the same time, equipped with elevators (at least 1 car) or devices for the movement of disabled persons in wheelchairs with a lifting capacity of at least 300 kg, 5) all seats equipped with inertia safety belts with three anchorage points and headrests, 6) an additional folding step for entering the passenger compartment, 7) an additional handle on the right side of the entrance to the passenger compartment. 1.11.
