Description

The contract includes two lots as follows: Lot No 1 ‘Supply of portable artificial intelligence devices for persons with visual impairments’ and Lot No 2: ‘Supply of software for visually impaired computer users’ and is funded under project C11.I2 ‘Provision of AIDs OF THE PERSONAL WITH DIRECTIONS’ of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. The purpose of this procurement is to provide and finance portable high-tech assistive devices for people with visual impairments based on the power of artificial vision using artificial intelligence, as well as the provision of assistive technical tools/software programs contain a set of special applications/characteristics for performing actions to create voice or text notes, listening to audio content, etc., which are designed to help visually impaired persons feel more independent, independent and confident, allowing them to use modern technologies to access information and communication as they need.
