Description

This consultation was relaunched because it was declared unsuccessful (all tenders received were irregular).
This consultation concerns the supply and delivery to the Atrion site in Mornac of recuit yarn for ball press. Calitom owns two Boa 130 t presses on its sorting centre:
a press for the use of JRM type fibrous material (1.11),
— another press for firing fibrous (GM – PCNC), plastics (Q7 – Q8 PELD – HDPE – PP – PS) and PCC or Ela.
The estimated quantity is approximately 100 tonnes of annealed yarn.
The framework agreement with no minimum or maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1o, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) and will lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts which will be awarded after reopening of competition.
