Description

The subject of the procedure is the planning services of the technical building equipment (TGA) with the plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 (pro rata) in accordance with § 53(2) HOAI (HLS), performance phases 1 to 9 in accordance with § 55(1) HOAI for the general renovation or the new construction of the secondary school Gars a.Inn with teaching pool and sports facilities, whereby the general renovation is currently clearly preferred by the client. The cost estimate currently foresees construction costs of approximately EUR 22 million gross for cost groups 200 to 700. For the project, services of energy planning up to and including the preparation of the funding application have already been commissioned and provided. The funding application was submitted on 22 July 2022.
