Delivery of furniture
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of office furniture: the study chair, conference tables and chairs referred to in Annex 2 to the FTZ, hereinafter: ‘furniture’ or ‘the subject-matter of the contract’. The offered furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates and meet certain standards allowing furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of furniture together with their delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, and in the scope of part B also assembly. Installation should be understood as the installation of complete and ready-to-use furniture, taking into account their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for furniture. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2A-B to the FTZ; 4) The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. a) Part A: office chair (b) part B : conference tables and chairs The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots for which the Contractor may submit a tender or indicate the maximum number of lots for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor; 5) The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of submitting variant offers. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts for additional supplies within the meaning of Art. 1 point 8 of the PPL Act. 6) Order completion date: up to 41 days from the conclusion of the contract; The Contractor may shorten the deadline for the execution of the contract in relation to the maximum permissible period of 35 days. An offer providing for a shortening of the deadline for implementation will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous tender. 7) Delivery address: a) part A- Faculty of Art and Educational Sciences, ul. Bielska 62. 43-400 Cieszyn; part B – DAG Kampus Sosnowiec, ul. Będzińska 60, 41-200 Sosnowiec 8) Minimum warranty period required for all furniture: 24 months from the date of signature of the acceptance report. The Contractor may extend the warranty period in relation to the required period indicated above. The offer providing for an extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of the offers using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer; 9) The Contracting Authority does not provide for additional requirements related to the performance of the contract concerning social, economic, environmental aspects, related to innovation, employment or maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to the contractor during the performance of the contract; 10) The Ordering Party does not provide for a reserved clause within the meaning of Article 94 of the PPL; 11) Due to the type of contract, the Employer does not provide for an obligation to be employed under an employment contract referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act. 12) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to perform tasks relating to siting and installation work by individual contractors jointly applying for a contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the Public Procurement Act, or related to the participation of entities providing resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the Public Procurement Act. 13) The Contractor may submit only one tender for a given part of this procedure;
