The purpose of the contract is to appoint the technical stakeholders in charge of the support missions in the context of the restructuring and extension of the CREPS site in Champ Fleuri - Saint-Denis. The extension/rehabilitation of the Saint-Denis CREPS will have to address the following major concerns: the development of the sports sector, a sober, rational and economical construction, a quality integration in its immediate environment, a global cost approach (investment + operation) from conception. Designers will have to develop an overall cost approach by complying with the following architectural and environmental requirements: building siting strategies respecting natural elements, envelope design (natural ventilation and lighting, sun protection): monitoring of low-noise construction sites, durability of performance, maintenance and optimised operation.
