Description

Delivery of tyres and acceptance of end-of-life tyres in 4 (four) lots as follows: OP1. Lot 1: Delivery of tyres for off-road vehicles and trailers and acceptance of end-of-life tyres. The delivery includes 37 types of tires according to technical specification. Total quantity of tyres by specification to be delivered: 2101 pieces. PO2. Lot 2: Delivery of tyres for road construction machines and acceptance of end-of-life tyres. The delivery includes 78 types of tires according to technical specification. Total quantity of tyres by specification to be delivered: 1006 pieces. OP3. Lot 3: Delivery of tyres for off-road vehicles, trailers and road construction machines, with an increased risk of untimely delivery, and acceptance of end-of-life tyres. The delivery includes 14 types of tires according to technical specification. Total quantity of tyres by specification to be delivered: 1271 pieces. OP4. Lot 4: Delivery of passenger car tyres and acceptance of end-of-life tyres. The delivery includes 46 types of tires according to technical specification. Total quantity of tyres by specification to be delivered: 1262 pieces. Acceptance of end-of-life tyres - applicable to all lots of the subject of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to ensure the possibility of accepting IBM from the Contracting Authority by providing, at its own expense, the activities of collecting, transporting and treating IBM in quantities (tonnes, number) not less than 100% of the delivery it has made. The Contractor undertakes to accept end-of-life tyres in quantities (tonnes, number) of not less than 100% of the delivery he has made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the completion of each delivery. The Contract shall be deemed to have been performed provided that the Contractor has fulfilled the Contracting Authority's requirement for acceptance of end-of-life tyres. All costs related to the acceptance of end-of-life tyres shall be borne by the Contractor. For the acceptance of end-of-life tyres (ELT) the Contracting Authority does not owe any payment. The requirements of the Contracting Authority to the subject of the contract are described in detail in the Technical Specification of each lot and the documentation for participation.
