1. The contract concerns: supply of medicines to a hospital pharmacy.

Tenders must comply with Article 9 of the Reimbursement Act (Journal of Laws 2011, No 122, item 696 as amended)
3. The contractor must perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
