In accordance with the provisions of the procedure under the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: (1) deliver to the Ordering Party 4 (in words: four) buses of category M3 class II, with a length from 09,00 to 12,5 m with electric drive. A detailed description, equipment, appearance and parameters of the vehicles have been set out in the SWZ and in the Offer (hereinafter: ‘Buses’), (2) together with the delivery, provide the full catalogue of spare parts for Buses (in paper form and on an electronic medium), (3) conduct training for the Employer’s employees responsible for servicing Buses and, as a result, grant an Authorisation for warranty repairs of Buses (hereinafter: ‘Service Training’) and provide training for the Contracting Authority’s employees responsible for running the Buses (hereinafter: ‘Utility Training’), the details of which, the scope, conditions of the place of performance and the duration of which are specified by the Parties in the FTZ; (4) supply and install two two-output mobile charging stations for electric buses, with a capacity of at least 80 kW. The detailed description, appearance and parameters of the chargers have been set out in the SWZ (hereinafter ‘Charging Stations’ or ‘Chargers’). With regard to the performance of the subject-matter of the proceedings, the Contractor shall: (1) undertakes to deliver 4 electric buses offered in procedure 1/UE/2025 to the seat of Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny sp. z o. o. in Żagań, at ul. Młynarska 6, 68-100 Żagań, unless the Ordering Party indicates to the Contractor another place in the city of Żagań at the latest one day before the planned pick-up. (2) undertakes to conduct Service Training with the granting of Authorisation and Usability in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – OPZ. (3) undertakes to supply and install two two-output mobile charging stations for electric buses with a capacity of at least 80 kW. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract concerning all the elements forming part of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – OPZ.
