Description

This contract includes, under a single responsibility, the management of the execution of all intellectual and material services, necessary for the proper general functioning of the site, its buildings and their maintenance, under the best economic, technical and social conditions. The duties of the Contractor shall be carried out on two scales: - The business park as a whole (general services benefiting all tenants) - The buildings of which it is composed (services relating to common areas, equipment and installations concerned). In particular, the services expected must contribute to: - Offer good business conditions to companies and a quality working environment to their employees - Guarantee the image and attractiveness of Metrotech through the good performance of the park and its general good functioning.
