The framework agreement is awarded to two suppliers who are ranked on a cascade on the basis of ETK’s tender evaluation, cf. point 4. Specific orders for the Framework Agreement will be awarded as follows: Orders are awarded to the first Supplier in the cascade. If, due to capacity reasons, this Supplier is unable to execute the order within the stipulated deadlines, cf. clause 9 of the Framework Agreement, the other Supplier in the cascade will be awarded the order.
