Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Erstellung des 36-seitigen los!-Magazins der NAH.SH GmbH. Dieses ist sowohl in gedruckter als auch digitaler Form zu gestalten. Außerdem wird ein digitaler Newsletter mit ausgewählten Artikeln versandt. Die Erstellung des Newsletters ist vom Bieter oder der Bieterin zu unterstützen.
Das Ziel der Ausschreibung ist ein Werkvertrag, der ab dem Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses für die nächsten drei Jahre Gültigkeit haben soll, inkl. einer Option auf Verlängerung um ein Jahr sowie der Möglichkeit, dass die Vergabestelle innerhalb von drei Jahren nach Abschluss dieses Vergabeverfahrens einen folgenden Auftrag im Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb an das Unternehmen vergeben, das den ersten Auftrag erhalten hat, sofern die neuen gleichartigen Dienstleistungen dem Grundentwurf entsprechen, der Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens war (§ 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 9 VgV). Dies hieße eine Zusammenarbeit von bis zu sechs Jahren.
