Description

The contract shall cover the following services: A) Provision of on-site and off-site audits by the financial partners of the VAR Department with or without an organic link (member of the governing bodies) whose direct or indirect aid or financing (subsidy, pricing, loan guarantee, equity participation) entails control and supervision under: - the proper use of public funds and the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions financed, - the financial health and sound management of the partner, - the assessment of the legal and financial risks and responsibilities for the Community. - future prospects and ability to adapt to changes affecting the public resource B/ Post-audit assistance In addition to the audits mentioned above, the contractor may be consulted for ad hoc and additional advice (update of analysis, technical note, opinion, etc.) in order to support the Community in the application or follow-up of the measures identified or resulting from the conclusions of the audit service. The contract shall be awarded for a period of one year (or 12 months) from 01/01/2026 or from the date of its notification, whichever is later. It may be renewed three times per one-year period, by express renewal, and the total duration of the contract may not exceed four years. The contract may be renewed for one year, at the earliest from the date on which the maximum amount is reached, or at the latest at the end of a period of one year from 01/01/2026 or from its date of notification, whichever is the later. The estimated annual value of the contract is: 35 000 euro(s) excl. tax. The services may vary within the following limits: Minimum amount: No minimum Maximum amount: 70 000 euro(s) excl. tax The service is financed from the departmental budget.
