Description

Public transport services under the route-based concession contract in the control area of the Southwest Finland ELY Centre.
For the purposes of this call for tenders, ‘route-based concession’ means a concession contract in accordance with the Services Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017), which is drawn up for the provision of scheduled public transport services by the subscriber. The content of the concession is defined in the attached document General Terms and Conditions of the Route-based Concession.
The service included in this contract will be granted an exclusive right under the Services Contracts Regulation by means of a separate administrative decision in return for the discharge of public service obligations.
