Description

The subject of the contract is ‘Provision of comprehensive services in the field of towing (transportation) of vehicles with GVW (maximum permissible weight) up to 3.5 tonnes and parts and secured property, secured by the Police for procedural purposes, in the area of operation of the units of the Lubuskie Province Police – Repeat III’ 2. The service will concern the towing/transport of vehicles, parts, secured property accepted as a police deposit or otherwise secured, in order to carry out procedural activities to the extent necessary, in accordance with the CCC, except for the cases specified in Article 50a and Article 130a of the Act of 20.06.1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1047 as amended). 3. The implementation of the contract will be carried out in stages, if necessary on the part of the Ordering Party (the number of services depending on the events). 4. In performing the contract, the Contractor shall not employ or use persons legally convicted of an intentional offence, prosecuted by public indictment or an intentional fiscal offence. 5. Performing road transport on behalf of the Ordering Party is not the provision of a service by the Contractor as part of road assistance, humanitarian action or rescue operations, but the performance of classic road transport with all the consequences resulting from the Road Transport Act and related regulations. Therefore, the Contractor's vehicle should be equipped with: tachograph (drivers' working time) SEPO – electronic toll system – vehicles with a GVW exceeding 3.5 t. 6. Detailed requirements concerning the manner of performance of the contract, deadline and payment rules are set out in the Draft Agreement Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 7. The contractor must offer and execute the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes. 8. All the annexes to the SWZ form an integral part of it.
