Description

Im Zuge der Generalsanierung der Mittelschule Baiersdorf werden die Aufbauten der Flachdächer erneuert und teilweise durch Leichtbaukonstruktionen erweitert. Zum Einsatz kommt überwiegend Flachdachdämmung aus Mineralwolle.Die Pultdachflächen werden weitestgehend belassen, und gereinigt, gebrochene Ziegel werden ausgetauscht. Sämtliche Spenglerarbeiten werden ebenfalls erneuert, dabei liegen die wasserführenden Rinnen beim Gewerk „Dachabdichtung“, die optischen Verblechungen beim Gewerk „Fassadenbau“.Grober Leistungsumfang:-Rückbau des alten Dachaufbaus (ca. 520 qm, Dachdämmung Polystyrol, Abdichtungen Bitumen sowie Folie, ca. 300 m Randanschlüsse)-Ca. 160 qm OBS-Schalung als Dachergänzungen-Ca. 900 qm neuer Dachaufbau (Notabdichtung bit., Wärmedämmung MW, 2 Abdichtungslagen bituminös)-Ca. 100 m gedämmte Wandanschlüsse-14 Lichtkuppeln/Flachdachfenster-Edelstahl-Seilsystem als Sicherungseinrichtung auf dem Flachdach-Überprüfung der bestehenden Pultdachflächen (ca. 2000 qm) und Austausch gebrochener Ziegel-Kasten- und Ortgangrinnen in Titanzink.
