Description

The subject of the task is a service consisting in the administration of facilities and external areas around the Chopin Airport, car parks in the field of cleaning and minor repairs, including the cleaning of sanitary fittings. The scope of the service is the administration of: • 72 buildings with a total area of about 191,616 m2, of which 41 buildings are covered by cleaning services (area of about 150,000 m2), • 26 car parks with an area of about 138,600 m2 for 4.8 thousand parking spaces, including 1 multi-storey car park and one underground car park in the Sonata building, • areas along ul. Żwirki i Wigury from the intersection with ul. Committee of Workers' Defenders, between ul. J. G. Bennett and W. Narkiewicz, and the Terminal and around the buildings, • the area at the gate no. ‘observation hill’. The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Contractor will be responsible, inter alia, for: 1) Carrying out daily celebrations of the area covered by the contract in order to check the cleanliness and order and check the efficiency of the infrastructure; 2) In the winter period (from 15 October to 15 April) control of the snow removal status of pedestrian routes outside the facilities and in the area of car parks; 3) Ordering and controlling the implementation of works (including punctuality) under contracts signed by PPL and outsourced to PPL units; 4) Systematic monitoring/inspection of the technical condition, efficiency of the infrastructure covered by the contract; 5) Take all necessary actions to remove defects and failures, and in the case of defects outside the scope of the contract - report to the PPL cells responsible for taking corrective actions; 6) The Contractor undertakes to secure dangerous places requiring urgent intervention in such a way as not to cause a threat to the life or health of the Employer's employees or other persons by fencing/marking for the time of removing the failure; 7) Performance of the contract and conducting audits in accordance with the "Book of standards of cleanliness and order in PPL facilities" developed and made available to the Contractor; 8) Protocol transfer and takeover of leased space; 9) Cleaning of sanitary sewerage in approaches to devices such as toilet bowl, washbasin, urinal, floor drains; 10) Accepting applications from Change Managers from a company providing a service in the field of cleanliness and order; 11) Inspection, rounds, Terminal A building and external areas in front of Terminal A, reporting irregularities to the ordering party; 12) Preparing fences and securing events organized by PPL S.A. cells; 13) Supervision over the implementation of municipal waste export service; 14) Issuing/receiving mobile reception desks; 15) Issuance of zippered bags and shoe protectors to Security Control Points; 16) Handling of PPL S.A. employees; 17) Performing minor repairs, furniture, doors, electronic equipment; 18) Handling of PPLS.A. events taking place in Terminal A and in the Sonata building; 19) Checking the filling of FOD containers on the apron; 20) Unloading and delivery of goods and transport to a hand-held warehouse.
