Description

Es werden Flächen für das Stadtarchiv, der städtischen Museen sowie im geringem Umfang für den Fachbereich Schule gesucht.
Neben der Gestaltung eines Gebäudekomplexes mit hohen klimatischen Anforderungen sind die Funktionstüchtigkeit, die ökologische Bauweise und die Wirtschaftlichkeit als entscheidende Kriterien zu beachten.
Das Mietobjekt muss für eine Mietdauer von 20 Jahren zzgl. zu verhandelnder Verlängerungsoptionen (z. B. 2-mal 5 Jahre) hergerichtet sein. Die Gesamtfläche incl. Verkehrsfläche sollte zwischen 17 000 m2 und maximal 26 000 m2 liegen.
Nach Auftragserteilung muss die weiterführende Planung beteiligungsorientiert durchgeführt werden.
Das Grundstück muss sich im Stadtgebiet der Landeshauptstadt Hannover befinden und eine unmittelbare Anbindung (ca. 200 m) an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sicher zu stellen. Eine gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem PKW sowie eine gute Anfahrbarkeit mit LKW und Transportern ist ebenso zu gewährleisten.
Insgesamt soll eine Gesamtlösung von hoher Qualität erreicht werden.
