Description

VRT wenst een raamovereenkomst met meerdere partijen af te sluiten binnen dewelke hij in functie van zijn noden opdrachten voor inhuur van technische faciliteiten zal uitschrijven. Deze marktbevraging moet leiden tot een raamovereenkomst met meerdere leveranciers.
De VRT is niet gebonden om na het sluiten van deze raamovereenkomst alle opdrachten voor de huur van technische faciliteiten te bestellen bij de inschrijvers. Er wordt geen minimale afnameverplichting qua opdrachten voorzien. De raming van deze overeenkomst is : 15MEuro en het maximaal bestelbedrag van deze overeenkomst is 22,5 MEuro
We onderscheiden volgende fases:
Fase 1 : Uitschrijven van de overkoepelende raamovereenkomst, CRW 2207
- Publicatie in twee percelen
o Perceel 1 : Inhuur regies
o Perceel 2 : Inhuur studio's
- toekennen van de overkoepelende raamovereenkomst aan inschrijvers die voldoen aan de opgegeven selectie criteria
