The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractors selected in the procedure (hereinafter also referred to as Financial Intermediaries) of financial intermediation services consisting in the provision of support in the form of Unit Loans to qualified enterprises from the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship (‘Final Recipients’), as well as the management of the built Portfolio of Unit Loans. The conditions under which Individual Loans will be granted are described in the first-level Intermediary Agreement template constituting the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (annex to the SWZ). Contractors who met the conditions for participation in the procedure, which are described in detail in the RVU, and who were not subject to exclusion, in the cases referred to in the RVU, could apply for the award of the contract. One Contractor, whether acting alone or as part of a consortium, could apply for the execution of only one Lot. The Ordering Party made a separate assessment and selection of the most advantageous offer for each of the Parts of the Order. First-level Intermediary Agreements with Financial Intermediaries selected as a result of the procedure were concluded separately for each Part of the Order. The maximum period of execution of the Order for each of the Parts of the Order is 91 months for the basic scope + 16 months if the Ordering Party exercises the Option Law, subject to the obligation to actively pursue any unsatisfied claims after the expiry of this period, on the terms set out in the Agreement, the model of which is Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.
