Framework agreement for the supply of cheese and dairy products
The purchase of cheese and dairy products for children benefiting from special protection within the residential system subordinated to the institution, children benefiting from the services of day centres, victims of domestic violence, as well as of homeless adults, registered by the Directorate, aims to conclude a framework supply agreement for a period of 48 months in order to ensure the necessary food for the beneficiaries of the social services provided by the D.G.A.S.P.C. Sector 5. The contracting authority has chosen the conclusion of a 48-month framework agreement as the award procedure, with subsequent contracts to be concluded according to the contracting authority’s needs and the funds approved. The contracting authority intends to conclude a minimum of 5 follow-up contracts - a maximum of 48 follow-up contracts depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the funds allocated. - Total estimated value of the framework agreement – RON 2 157 547.20 excluding VAT (48 months); - Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement – RON 2 420.94 excluding VAT; - Maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract over a period of 8 months – RON 358,926.30 excluding VAT (8 months); - Minimum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract – RON 2,420.94 excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement are set out in Annex I to the specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a subsequent contract for a period of 8 months can be found in the tender specifications (Annex II). The last contract may exceed the period of validity of the framework agreement. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a period that will be no more than 15 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. If the requests for clarifications have been sent within the above deadline, the reply of the Contracting Authority will be published in SEAP within a deadline which will be, at the latest, 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with Articles 160(2) and 161(1) of Law No 98/2016, without complying with requests made by any other means of communication or within any time limit other than that set.
