Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a period that will be no more than 15 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. If the requests for clarifications have been sent within the above deadline, the reply of the Contracting Authority will be published in SEAP within a deadline which will be, at the latest, 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with Articles 160(2) and 161(1) of Law No 98/2016, without complying with requests made by any other means of communication or within any time limit other than that set.
