The project “BC St. Martin im Sulmtal” consists of 3 construction phases: Phase 1: not part of the contract: Demolition of the existing object (destruction in May 2024). Phase 2: New construction of a kindergarten/crèche building with a suspended connecting building (turnal hall, multipurpose hall). The walls of the new building are built in brick or wood construction, the ceiling structure is made as reinforced concrete ceiling or wooden ceiling construction. The roof structure is constructed in steel or timber construction. The construction of the new building takes place during the ongoing school or KiGa operation in the neighboring elementary school building. Phase 3: Conversion of the existing elementary school building with a shaft for an elevator system, thermal refurbishment of the elementary school building. The reconstruction of phase 3 will take place during the summer holidays of 2024.
