The purpose of the concession is to entrust the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of a mooring area and light equipment known as “ZMEL” located within the Bay of Pampelonne, on the coast of the municipality of Ramatuelle (Var).(60 moorings for large pleasure craft units, 50 resident buoys and 100 folding buoys). The future delegatee will ensure: — The execution of the initial work and its financing; — The installation and annual removal of buoys; — Maintenance and maintenance of works, installations and equipment; — Investments in the acquisition of operating vessels, the provision of the necessary means and equipment, investments in land-based infrastructure; — The operation, animation and development of the ZMEL
