Description

The Hotel and Restaurant School buys food products for approximately DKK 3.8 million annually. Dairy products, egg products and other related refrigeration products make up approximately DKK 1.3 million. In addition to the school's teaching, the school also operates two (2) different canteens and a café for students and teachers. The school canteen is also a teaching kitchen for school internship students. Food supply is therefore for both educational and commercial use.
