In the context of the 2016 Bayreuth Landesgartenschau, land modelling of the garden exhibition site (approx. 13 ha), the earth construction of the planned Auensee (water area approx. 2 ha) and seeding are to be carried out on former arable and meadow areas. As preparatory measures, demolition measures must be carried out on fixed surfaces, fences, pipes and the like. For the planned pavements, ground stabilisation measures are to be carried out and lower layers of road surface construction (fixed area approx. 24 000 m²) must be produced. For media development, a sewer DN 250-300 (length approx. 500 m), rainwater penetrations (DN 500-700) and drinking water and electrical pipes must be installed.
