Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a server, software computers, tablets, telephones
smartphone, network switch to the Combined Arrangements Lab for the project ‘Extension of EITI Department
The Warsaw University of Technology and the creation of a network of teaching laboratories.’
The scope of the contract covers:
Part 1) Delivery of 1-piece server, software computers 16
Part 2) Delivery of smartphone, tablets 2
Part 3) Supply of a 1-piece network switch
3. Requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract:
3.1. All sub-assemblies and appliances should be of high quality and must be new,
free from material and legal defects.
3.2. All components and equipment shall be marked in such a way that it is possible to identify
both the product and the producer.
3.3. The equipment supplied must contain all the necessary elements for starting work
such as software, controllers, cables, power supplies with chargers, etc.
3.4. Sub-assemblies and equipment must comply with safety and hygiene rules
the work and the requirements and standards set out in the technical descriptions.
3.5. Whenever in these specifications the subject-matter of the contract is described with an indication of the trade marks,
patents or origins shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’.
3.6. Any technical requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract drawn up by the Contracting Authority
it should be considered as borderline, the impossibility for the proposed subject-matter of the contract to meet any of these parameters excludes them from further assessment.
3.7. The contractor will provide documentation together with the subject-matter of the contract (instructions for use in Polish
or English). It is permissible to provide documentation in the form of digital files on a CD/DVD.
4. Details of the scope of the warranty and servicing and a full technical description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 – Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
