Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of tests for the Laboratory of Biochemistry CLK in the CPR system together with the lease of an integrated system for determinations in the field of clinical chemistry for UCK, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 4, 4a and 5 to the SWZ. 2. The tests offered must meet the requirements set out in Annexes 4 and 4a to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annexes 4 and 4a to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 3. The leased integrated system for clinical chemistry determinations, hereinafter referred to as ‘the system’, must meet the limit parameters set out in Annex 5 to the RVU. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 4. Where in the documentation relating to the procedure in question terms indicating the type, standard, trade marks or origin of the subject-matter of the contract are used, they must be read together with the words ‘or equivalent’. Own names are exemplary, determine the class of the product and serve to determine the standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. When offering an object equivalent to that described in the specification, the Contractor is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, size and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than those indicated by the Contracting Authority. The burden of proving that the offered items are equivalent to the requirements specified by the Ordering Party shall lie with the offerer.
