Description

It is a framework agreement: single successful tenderer comprising: - a firm share; - one or more optional tranche(s) pursuant to Articles R. 2313-2, R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, in accordance with the arrangements set out in the consultation file; - part of order forms in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code; - a standing share of supplies or services intended to meet any technical contingencies pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code. The firm part of the draft framework agreement includes the performance of firm, identified and evaluated services (technical shutdowns, availability, management, engineering of MCO, miscellaneous modifications (OM/OR), etc.). The part covered by order forms includes services or supplies at unit or flat-rate prices on predetermined scales, with a view to satisfying foreseeable but not assessable technical needs at the time of notification of the contract, and to be notified as and when they arise. The standing share for contingencies includes services or supplies not identified, on the basis of quotations, on the basis of price-fixing factors. The framework agreement will comprise a tranche comprising order forms and contingency orders, the maximum estimated amount of which is 49.5% of the sum of the firm services of the firm and optional tranche(s). However, the amount of orders for technical hazards may not exceed 15% of the total amount of the initial framework agreement.
