Description

The community wishes to pool the management and operation of golf and associated services (clubhouse, pro-shop and education) in order to create real synergies between the different areas. In that context, the Comité Syndical, by decision of 12.11.2018, adopted the principle of using a public service delegation contract in the form of leasing (service concession) for the operation of golf. The purpose of this consultation is thus the conclusion of a public service delegation contract in the form of leasing (service concession), subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as to the provisions of Order No 2016-65 of 29.1.2016 on concession contracts and Decree No 2016-86 of 1.2.2016 on concession contracts for the management and operation of golf.
