Description

The construction project includes the energy-efficient renovation of components A, B, C, D and E of the existing MZG Bad Lippspringe property. The objective of the measure is to improve the building envelope and to renew the technical building equipment in order to ensure sustainable and economical operation. The renovation includes in particular the insulation of roof surfaces and basement ceilings, the replacement of all window and door elements as well as the facade insulation according to the current energy requirements. In addition, the heat supply is converted to a combination of heat pump and regenerative district heating network. The subject of the action advertised here is the energy-efficient renovation of the facades and the renewal of window openings and their elements, taking into account new floor plans. In addition, fire protection elements are required in the building due to adapted fire protection planning and the adaptation of floor plans.
