The subject of the public contract is the supply of employee and patient clothing in the specification and expected volumes according to Annex 1 to this tender documentation. Supplied laundry must be new, in design and quality determined according to the specifications for use in medical facilities in the provision of health services in accordance with legal requirements. The design and quality of the laundry shall correspond in particular to: • the characteristics described by the tenderer, as required by the contracting authority, in its tender for the contract to be awarded and the samples supplied; • properties that are suitable for the purpose resulting from their use in a health care facility in the provision of health services (e.g. to meet the requirements of Decree 306/2012 Coll. on the conditions for preventing the emergence and spread of infectious diseases and hygiene requirements for the operation of health care facilities and social care institutions); • the method of processing in the laundry room of the University Hospital Pilsen according to Annex 4 to this tender documentation. The material shall be resistant to washing by the process of thermal disinfection and chemothermal disinfection and to commonly used disinfectants including chlorine (sodium hypochlorite) containing products; • the requirements of legal regulations and standards, as well as generally binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic; • ČSN P CEN/TS 14237 Textiles for health care and social services facilities; OS 80-07:2018 Textiles for health and social services facilities – Technical requirements; methodological recommendation No 1/2000 of the National Institute of Health on the assessment of products that come into direct contact with the human organism through the skin or mucous membranes, Table 1 – Basic criteria for the assessment of textile products; ČSN EN ISO 3758 (800005) Textiles - Symbols for care (symbols for care must also cover the combination of materials used and haberdashery accessories used), ČSN EN 13402-3 Clothing size labelling - Part 3: Size labelling based on body size and intervals; • the minimum required number of washing cycles after which the offered material shall maintain the required characteristics – for items 1 to 47 the sponsor requires a minimum of 100 cycles, for items 48 to 62 the sponsor requires a minimum of 50 cycles; • the contracting authority's requirement that all items with the same specification be of the same material (e.g. blouse, i.e. items 1-21).
